Impreza WRX MY02 Wagon – It is an 02 plate in mica blue black with 67,000 miles on the clock. It is due its next service in about 1,000 miles, and this has been reflected in the price. It has around 3 months’ tax remaining. It has a full main dealer service history.
Overall the car is in excellent condition – there are a couple of tiny dings, as is to be expected of a five year old car.
The car has all the usual WRX options such as remote alarm, central locking, electric windows x 4, power steering, air conditioning, sports seats etc.
It also has a morette headlamp conversion, STI exhaust and STI suspension (I also have the original shocks). Two of the alloys are anthracite in colour – the other two are currently silver and need spraying up – this has been factored in to the price as I will not have time to get this done before the car is sold.
The car was bought new in March 2002. The list price of the vehicle was £18,148.94 (excl VAT) plus metallic mica paint as an optional extra at £212.77. Other extras were front fog covers at £55.27, a white lens kit at £173.41, side rubber protectors / resin cargo step at £100.34, wrx carpet mats / load area mat at £89.28 and aero splash guards at £174.58.
The total price of the car when new inc VAT was £22,959.28. I have the original bill of sale from Cheam Motors, Surrey.
The car had its 1,000 mile service at Cheam Motors on April 16 2002, at a cost of £47.75, and I have the invoice for this.
The 10,000 mile service was also carried out at Cheam Motors on January 6 2003, at a cost of £469.25. This invoice includes two tyres.
The 20,000 mile service at Cheam Motors was carried out on September 12 2003 at a cost of £196.01.
At 30,000 miles (July 24 2004) Cheam Motors serviced the car again and supplied / fitted the Morette headlamp conversion. This cost £461.38 inc VAT to supply and colour code the headlamps, the total invoice being £1,044.86.
The 40,000 mile service was done at Fox’s (Badgers Mount) Limited in Orpington, at a cost of £235.71 on June 1 2005.
The 50,000 mile service was carried out on March 28 2006 at Fox’s, when the cam belt was changed, the total cost being £584.45.
The most recent service (60,000 miles)was only carried out last month (April) at 65,185 miles at Proven Subaru dealer at a cost of £411.78 – the car currently has approximately 8,000 miles before the next service is due.
The car was previously on a private plate and this has now been replaced by the original plate - LF02 AZW. The car is HPI clear.
I love this car to bits – the only reason for selling is that I have taken on a bigger mortgage and cannot justify running it.
The car is due for an MOT and I will get this done before the car is sold, so it is all ready to go for the new owner!
Please email me for pictures.
I am looking for £7,200 ovno.
