Ths is a great upgrade on a UK classic, I get just under 330BHP on my My99 uk turbo.

£200 is also a good price for a low milage one. so a free BTTT for a cheap upgrade

Default answer to question

The question "Sorry to sound dumb but what is this like in relation to a TD04 for the classic Steven"

Answer....
The VF28 will provide more flow than a td04, and they also spool up rather nicely too
