Default STI5 uprated 4pot setup, STI5 TMIC, Defi gauges & more!

Hey folks, now that post-spending depression is truly kicking in I have got together pretty

well everything that I can think of scooby-wise that folks might be interested in. I don't

like or agree with any of this 'offers' rubbish so I will state prices as it's how I prefer to

see things if I was buying .

1. MY99 STI5 4 Pot uprated brake setup. Since my Wilwood uprated setup will be winging

it's way to me any day now from the states it is time to make these available. If I am very

lucky the Wilwoods will be here in time for the weekend, if not then the 4pots will be off the

car on the following weekend latest.

What you will get:

All 4 calipers
Black Diamond Grooved discs all round (Bought new and only 7000 miles done)
Black Diamond DHK059 Braided Brake hoses (Bought new and only 7000 miles done)
Mintex 1155 front pads(same as above) and Black Diamond Predator rear pads (1000 miles if

that)

The brake pads are a freebie really as it's the other bits that are important. The calipers

were painted gold by the previous owner but you may want to redo the paint yourself and

possible paint the hub parts of the discs to match .

The price for the bundle is £425 PLUS DELIVERY, or collection from Farnham/Farnborough. - WITHDRAWN FROM SALE (Sorry Kaardani)

-------------------------------

2. STI5 TMIC. Incomplete sadly as for some reason apparantly the bottom part was needed

from it to fit to my Hyperflow TMIC and it comes with no bolts for the BOV either.... What is

there is in pretty good nick. Sorry for the dark top pic of the fins, I will take another pic

if I have too but the top is in far better condition than most that I seen on here due to the

protective mesh and me painstakingly straightening the bent fins and removing the really shot

bits . As I just got the IC back I haven't done the bottom of the IC but will straighten out

the manhandles bits you can see so that too is in as good condition as poss too . If needed

I can include the original recirc DV free, but I don't think I have a gasket for it to stick

between the ic and it. I will also chuck in a red STI manifold tube.

£70 INCLUDING DELIVERY. - SOLD TO SILVER SONIC

--------------------------------

3. Bailey Motorsport DV10 BOV/Dump Valve. Again, not as complete as I would like. I was

told that the Turbosmart BOV I got came with nothing other than the valve itself which I find

hard to believe but there you go. Therefore I have simply the BOV part available. Fully

functional and 99.9% sure that it didn't leak any boost at all. removed only 2 weeks ago,

designed for 99/00 Impreza.

Pic HERE

£50 INCLUDING DELIVERY.

-------------------------------------

4. Defi-Link 52MM Turbo Gauge and 60MM Water Temp Gauge. After being told I really

should get Defi gauges and nothing else I bought a "complete" 60MM newage Impreza Defi set off

Egay. Being Egay, they turned out to be incomplete, a mix of 52MM and 60MM gauges and a

dashboard pod that looked like it had broken clips at the front of it...........

Anyway, the end result of it all is that I have a 52MM boost gauge, with all the wiring, a

length of boost hose (not pictured) and the T piece (not pictured), a dashboard gauge holder

which looks incomplete to me but all the bits to physically plumb it in are present and

correct. The 60MM Water Temp gauge is incomplete as the bundle came with a cut cable where the

oil temp probe was supposed to be at the end of..... As I had no interest in the water gauge I

used the probe to get my oil temp one working. I have a new age water pipe and sensor holder

bit with the gauge but no actual sender (you can buy these from Scoobymania etc to complete

it, Part No. PDF03905S). I also have the long cable that connects the control unit to the

probe when you buy it but I forgot to put it in the picture.

Pic of the 60MM Water Temp gauge bundle (connector cable not shown)

HERE

£75 INCLUDING DELIVERY for the 52MM Boost gauge. £65 INCLUDING DELIVERY for the 60MM Water

gauge bundle.

----------------------------------------

5. Brand new unused LMA Subaru Remote Oil Pressure Sender Adaptor.

Here's the info "Designed specifically for all SUBARU IMPREZAS/WRX/STI. This screws into the

current oil switch point and allows reconnection of the original oil switch. With a braided

steel hose extension. plus brass adaptor block. it can then be clipped into place (clips

supplied) and the oil pressure sender will then screw directly in to the port. Essential piece

of kit if fitting an oil pressure gauge to any Subaru."

£15 INCLUDING DELIVERY. SOLD TO HHxx

--------------------------------------

Brand new unused Classic 'straight' Intercooler Splitter. Bought this and never got around to

fitting it. Got the screws and instructions for it.

Pic HERE

£20 INCLUDING DELIVERY. - SOLD to HHxx

I think that just about covers it. Payment via bank Transfer please.

Cheers,

Nick .

BEFORE customs it has cost me close to £1500 for the front/rear kit from scoobytuner.com, I am really not looking forward to the customs charge but others that have ordered them from the states have somehow managed to only get charged about £70!

It should be doable easily enough, the only niggle is that I am so **** with the wiring of the gauges in to the glovebox!

I will give it a try when I get home .

Don't worry mate. Done a bit of research at it looks like it comes in green only. My mate now wants white face with BLUE backlight. I don't think DEFI do this anyway.
Sorry to bother you.
