I bought this about 4 weeks ago with the intention of using it as a bit of a project but it's sat on my driveway since then and with my wife being 8 months pregnant, I can't see myself actually getting the time to get it sorted.
It's a silver UK spec wagon with FSH and on 100K miles. New downpipe fitted recently and about 8 months MOT, it's also got an STi backbox, Bailey dump valve and powder coated standard alloys. Service history is mainly from Subaru dealers. I've got a couple of reciepts from Scooby Clinic for the downpipe as well as a service and new K&N air filter.
Now the only issue is that there is a very slight knock from the middle to bottom of the engine. I bought it like this with the intention of diagnosing and fixing the car up but am just now running out of time. I'm not sure what the knocking is as the car still starts first time and runs fine...could be an easy fix for someone, but the car is sold with this issue outlined.
I paid just over £3500 for it a month ago so am looking to re-coup of much as this as possible...offers around the £3000 mark will be accepted.
I'm happy for anyone to come and look at the car, I'm based in Warrington, between Manchester and Liverpool. Call me on 07920 520762 or drop me a PM for more info.
