Hi all,

After 4 years time has come to sell my R plate 98 Punto Gt, the car has had an easy life and not used much atall. Two years ago we had the dreaded cam lobe wear and have a huge bill (£1300) for new cam and top end rebuild. Car has been maintained up until last year where sadly have lost total interest in the car.

Good bits
The cars has had 2 former keepers.
Car has done a genuine 30,000 miles only
Car has Clifford Alarm
Car has 3 keys including RED key
Car has 6 months tax
Unmarked interior with passenger airbag
New break pads
Scorpion exhaust
Turbosmart dump valve
Oz super turrismo aloys

Bad bits
The turbo needs replacing, the car does smoke badly, the engine appears to be fine making good compression.
Slight scratches on paintwork
Car is overdue service.

The cars mot is due to expire on wednesday and is proviosionally booked but would be happy to release the car via sale.

I am open to offers for the car no swap or part ex just a decent price please. The car drives well and apart from the smoke their dont appear to be any mechanical problems.

Get yourself a decent car with a little work could be made great.

I used to have a few Gt's.
You have to wait 30 seconds to then download each pic. It might be better to host them on photobucket or soemthing.

Hello, well it did 'sell' about 6 months ago for £2200 but the buyer pulled out and then we decided not to sell.

Would like as close to £2000 as possible but am open to offers, on the plus point we are based 10 mim away from harlow if you fancy it? :-)

nah it went through they didnt say anything about it sometimes it smokes worst than othertimes - it does need replacing but gunna pass that bill onto the next owner as we're not gunna spend anymore on it.
