Hi mate,
it's mechanical and IMHO better for it, as it's so easy to fit and will last a lifetime with no electronics to go wrong..! Also, very accurate.
Only changed as I wanted to add oil temp & pressure and Blitz don't do a match..
You will struggle to get a better match up for the standard dash.
