how would this go with a version 5 typeR as they are basically the same car,i know the exhaust would fit but what about the ecu?

Jap slash angled exit. 3 inch going into backbox and 4.5 inch tip.

Id be intrested in just the ecutek ecu...is this just a plug and play jobbie? ie my old ecu out and this one in?
ive a full magnex and H&S downpipe on my car and a greddy boost controller
so much the same mods. also what ron is vpower, i can only get shell super unleaded over her ein N.Ireland which is 97 ron.

You would defo need a remap as the P1 is a completely different base map to yours.
It will still plug straight into your car and V-Power is supposed to be 97 or 98 ron, i can't remember which one.

im a bit confused on the whole ecutek thing, do you have to buy a license first time round which costs in an d around £600? then each remap after that is basically just rolling road time, or is there a set fee everytime u add a mod then remap it?

Turbo back yes and is fairly loud, but not mega.....just right IMHO.
ECU is licensed yes and is not(cannot) removed from the ECU.
