I have a used Exedy 5 speed organic clutch for sale, still with plenty of use left.
I removed it when the new spec engine i built produced a lot more torque than previously. The clutch started to slip at 1.7BAR on a TD05 Big 16G, Road dyno sugests 375lbft. It held 1.65BAR without problem.
The clutch cover presure plate surface is 0.25mm from flat across its contact width, with the organic material bedded to the same, flywheel side of the organic plate is flat so will bed to the flywheel as per normal.
If you are looking for an uprated clutch for use upto 350lbft this should be up to the job.
£150 ono for the clutch cover and organic plate, these are the pink boxed items.
cheers

I would install a twin plate with that setup, you might get away with a single if the mapping doesnt bring the torque in too agresively, but it would be right on the limit of the clutch so you wouldnt get much life out of it IMHO.
