PPG Straight Cut Gearbox

I'm potentially looking at taking my straight cut PPG synchro box out of my Impreza (which is currently for sale) to sell individually.

Professionally installed by the gang at API Engines about 6 months ago!

I'm open to offers!

Hi Banny, yes I'm interested, how old is the 6 speed, mileage wise etc? What's it out of and why etc?

What sort of price do you want for the PPG? I have 6 speed to swop.

It is from a 70000km 2003 JDM car and it was removed from a damaged car, I would prefer a 5 speed box is the only reason i want to swap.

£2,800 is a fair price.

Cost me nearly 4K fitted.

I need one as my box is on its way out..............shame i have no funds as it will mean i,ll be paying the £4000 in 3 months time.....lol

Not sure what the gearbox code translates to.... so....

What fifth gear is in the box? (UK classic 5th?)

Does the price inc a clutch/flywheel? Only asking as looking to do the lot on mine...

General question... I take it all 4 gears are straight cut... does it not get a little 'whiney' driving about?
