Honda Fireblade CBR 900RR Red White and Blue (Sell or Swap?)

1995 RRS model – N reg

This bike is in very good condition for her age, there are very few minor cosmetic scratches here an there on the fairing, but please believe me that she is very tidy.

The frame is very clean; the front forks are not pitted or corroded…the original tyre pressure, chassis number and paint code decal etc are STILL on the frame ! A sign this bike has been well cared for.

She starts on the button, sounds great and rides even better.

The Not so bad points

The screen has a crack at the top left corner…..not chipped cracked…does not bother at all, I was moving the bike and she almost fell over in the garage, during the dramatic wrestling moves I managed to crack the screen.
The bike has fallen on the previous owners drive, the front corner of nose has been touched up (a good job…not noticeable)

This bike ride 110%, It has only seen a track once in her life, and that was by me, it was a novice session, still never thrashed…. (Birthday present from my wife, bless)

I will post some photo’s but it is too wet to take any…ones below were of my track day in Sept 2007, as you can see it is in tip top condition.

A very tidy, soon to be classic 1st of the true sports bike……..

It goes like hell and can keep up with the best um.......

My local bike shop (HILLTOP MOTORCYCLES) have offered my £1500/1600 or her trade, and said they would put her in the window for £2100…….. (these chaps serviced her late last year and set all the suspension for me…)

I’m looking for £1900ish…….or poss P/X for a scooby just for laughs…….

Reason selling….fancy a change, more enduro…….or might get a Scooby for a weekend car……..

Make me an offer, if you do not ask, you will never get !!

A real first blade at that, still fitted with the 16" front wheel so she drops in nice and fast........at first I did not like it, but once I got the suspension set up it was great !

Thanks mate.....I have been watching blades for the past few weeks, they seem to selling 'well' but not for very good money......lister her last night at 8:15, already have 15 watchers.....lets hope she sells....if all else fails I can take it to my local bike shop, they offered me the reserve price which is not too bad.....
