Weider Crossbow Legend Mulitigym
Weider Crossbow Legend Home Multigym with Lat Bar.
Truly excellent piece of equipment, similar in principle to a Bowflex in that it uses spring rods rather than actual weight stacks making it far lighter than a conventional multigym and quieter too. Also has the Lat Bar which is an additional £40 from Weider but makes pull-downs much better.
Folds up when not in use as shown.
Selectable up to 240lb of resistance and over 65 exercises available including rowing so you can use it for your cardio workout as well :-)
With some of these type of gyms the rods can get 'tired' over time but this gym comes with a full set of unused spare rods and other bits and pieces.
£100 collected from Kent, might be able to deliver locally for a small fee.
