Default 400bhp UK Sti8 - Low Miles

Looks like all the best Blobyeyes are up for sale today (with Bartop thinking of selling his stunner).

Here's the details.

53 plate STI Type UK
29000 miles
FSH (40k service completed in September 2007)
1 Previous owner
Taxed (6 months) and Tested (until September 2008)

Exterior
Black Mica (mint condition - zero dents and just had front chips sorted as I'm a fussy bugger)
Original Prodrive PFF7's
WR1 Grill Kit
Genuine Carbon Fibre Splitter
Prodrive Kevlar Mud Guards
STi Diff Guard
Colour Coded (Cerise Graphics have gone) which includes Gold to Black Brembo Brakes
De Tango'd

Interior
Unmarked condition
BF Defi Gauges with Defi Pod
PSI VFD Monitor
Sony Single Din Head unit
Uprated Kenwood Speakers
Prodrive Gear ****
Auto Intercooler Spray Switch fitted
STI Kick Plates
Privacy Tints
Knocklink
Parrot Hands Free Phone Kit

Suspension
AST 12 Way Coilovers (adjustable)
22mm Whiteline ARB
Whiteline Anti Lift Kit
Whiteline Alloy Drop Links
H Brace underneath car
Front and Rear Strut Braces
TSL Geometry

Engine
TD05 18G Turbo (supplied by Andy Forrest)
Revolution Decat Exhaust
RCM Downpipe
Harvey Smith Up Pipe
Harvey Smith Ported Headers
RCM 80 mm K&N Induction
3 Port Boost Solenoid
Uprated Forge Recirculating Dump Valve
Carbon Fibre Heat Shield
Uprated spark plugs
Uprated fuel pump
Everything Heat Wrapped
Turbo Blanket Fitted
Brand New Calcium Battery
Bob Rawle Remap (390/ 350 according to Delta Dash with graphs)

Security
Standard Cat1
Tracker
Clifford Black Jax

All parts are brand new and I have receipts for every modification. Owned for three years and was pretty much standard (less remap when I bought it). Weekend/ fair weather car thats done on average 5000 miles per year since I purchased (have a daily car for work etc). Needless to say treated better than the other half and stored in heated garage.

I have had a lot of interest in selling parts but for now I'd like to leave everything on and sell as a complete package. I'm in a fortunate position of not having to sell so please no comments regarding the fact that you can buy standard Sti's for £13k. Looking at the spec list you will appreciate the amount of money thats been thrown at this car.

HPI clear. Inspection welcome.

PH Link for Pics:

Subaru : Stunning UK Impreza Sti 400bhp

Would accept £15k from a SN member. Plate will only be removed once sale has been agreed (as I'll be keeping the car if I cant get the price I want) but transfer tends to be quite quick. Likewise having a second car I'd agree not to drive once a deposit has been paid to secure.

Hi G

Grille is from the Subaru main dealer...........its the Prodrive one fitted to WR1's and is sprayed black.

Graphics can be purchased from any decent sign supplier. Think you can get them off ebay for around £7.00. Someone like Stickystuff on this forum would probably be able to knock you something up as well.

Rob, you gonna go for the new one, it's getting very good reviews. The JDM according to Iain Litchfields site sounds like an M3 on full chat with the Milltek exhaust Hopefully I am calling in at Litchfields next week so I am going to check it out if it's there.

Free BTTT for you.

Wow you're still alive Where have you been man...............

New shape is quite tempting I must admit but I'll wait for someone to take the initial hit on depreciation. Going to have six months or so away from performance cars I think but if I cant live without one the money will be there to jump straight back in one.

Speak to you soon mate.
RMA's decided against the Subaru marque for now..............think he's going German!

Hi Rob,

I lost my password for use at work but managed to find it, by the time I have been getting home I don't have time to look on the net. Plus now they charge you on here if you want to be able to search on a user or recent posts and generally find the BBS has become very hard work to sift through.

RMA had better hurry up and get himself a decent car as it this rate the fuel is increasing it will be more expensive for the fuel than it is to buy the car

I've had to buy a trickle charger for my car due to hardly using it.

anyway free BTTT for you.

BTTT for ya.

An awesome car, awesome spec. Bargain!

Decided against Impreza ownership, which leaves me in a dilemma as to what to go for

Hope you are keeping well mate, we'll have to have a beer at some stage
