ECUTEK3'd Ecu for sale
Hi I've a ECUTEK Ecu from for sale. I bought this 2nd hand from a fella on the the P1 owner clubs site to save paying the expense of the Tek3 licence while also being able to keep my standard ecu if I ever wanted to put the car back to standard. I’ve decided to sell the car before I fitted this and the other supporting mods I had set aside.
The information regarding the previous maps from the previous owner is the ECU was a standard ECU in a P1 and was originally mapped by John Banks. This ECU was re-mapped again by Andy Forrest who had mapped it about 5 times.
The P1 was running a TD05/TD06-20G turbo, 550 injectors and a catless exhaust system with a few other supporting mods and was pushing about 400bhp.
Offers via PM please. Cheers

sorry this isn't my thread but FFS make the guy a decent offer, the license costs over double that without the ECU

Any idea if you could use this as it is on MY00 UK turbo with full decat?
Or will it need to be mapped?

it is compatible but as its mapped for a completely different set up current there is no point using it until its been remapped for your car. A P1 with a 20g is worlds away from a UK car with a TD04.

Hi as Trails mentioned the ecu is compatible but MUST get mapped to your car's individual setup.
BTTT for a wet Sunday morning..
