I see where you coming from mate.

My sister put her car in there... listed and relisted...went for about 1200 quid both times but only to be won by scamming idiots/non payers

She gave up and sold it down the local auction for 800 quid but at least got a result!

i trade a lot on ebay and in general, i absolutely hate it when people get ripped off blatently. The neck on some people to advertise something they havent got in order to obtain the cash is disgusting!! it's not big, it's not clever and it shows no sales skills what so ever. It's downright dirty and those that do rip people off deserve everything bad that they get as a repurcussion!

my advice to JGRIFF is - if you used paypal and you link paypal to your credit card then you are automatically covered with Buyer Protection for goods not received - if it was a bank card then you have very limited cover. Escalate a claim with paypal ASAP as they are very good in cases like this. The seller has 7 days to respond with a reslution, either Refund or send item, if he doesnt then paypal will automatically award you a refund.

the quicker you act, the quicker you'll get your money back

I may have one of these in the next couple of days my contract is up for renewal and I am happy with the phone I have now.

It will be the same as this one Brand new Boxed N95 Black.

Also I am honest as people on here can vouch for.

Pm me if anyone is interested open to offers regarding price.

Many thanks

Matt.

Guys

I recently nearly brought a Wii of this guy, I had quite a few pm's back and forward, even bank account details for a transfer. At the last minute i asked him for some ebay history and any other proof of him being genuin. I only did this because my wife said she did not like the idea of me transfering funds to someone i did not know. And what a suprise he did not respond and has not answered any emails or pm,s since.
100% scam i am sure.
I have bank details he gave me if they are any good to any of you to trace him.
