Have for sale one OZ wrc1 Prodrive in gold
its brand new and never seen rubber,
its 18 inches and is size 215/35/18
can supply trye is needed at extra cost..

hi mate just received wheel off you today, you said earlier in this thread it was a et53, well its a et46 which is no good for me, can i have my money back please

i read it straight of the bill mate
and off the rim.
and it says they are et53
im going to check the car rims again
just in case, as they was put on at the time
of sale and that was the spare
il do this,

i am jonny gav and I am the vice chairman of TTS, my comment on this thread was made as i understand you sold a wheel to andy kindon informing him that the offset of the wheel was et53 when in fact it was et46, the wrong offset for a classic impreza.

i sold the wheel ,being for a classic
i know 100% that they fit as ive got them
on a classic.
and so have lots more.
like andy's classic
i also know you two guy's work together
at sorting scooby's out
so please dont palm me off,
ive been a member of tts for long enuff to know

no one is trying to palm you off, johny has added comment only because he has the same suspiscions as i have. also after telling you the wheel is et46 and not 53 you have replied via pm saying you cant see what the problem is ! Do you understand wheel offset ?
you might aswell of sent a 17" wheel, if i was to put the wheel you have sent on my car it would make it dangerous and illegal.
I have asked you for my money back on the grounds that you checked the wheel and stated it was et53 and its not
p.s i dont care what wheels or offset you have on your car and cant understand why you have gone to the bother of posting pictures, your the one who has made the mistake be it deliberate or not so why not hold up your hands rather than making up excuses !

I hope this is of some assistance.
For obvious reasons wheels must be fitted in matching sets ie. sets of four 53 offset or four 46 offset. You cannot run with three 53 offset and one 46 offset even although these wheels may physically fit the car in question.
Now the wheel wasn't bought on the basis that it would fit a Scooby, it was bought on the basis it was 53 offset, this information provided by the vendor so rather than everybody falling out, why not accept an error has been made and rectify it.
All these wheels are clearly forged or stamped with the offset and this is probably a legal requirement.
