hi there..i am new here and i am looking for a gearbox for my 1995 impreza import..the code on the gearbox reads TY752VB3FA...
are there any other gearboxes i can fit or does it have to be the same code number to get the right ratios?
i have only owned the car for 4 weeks and i now nothing about them as yet..

you dont have to stick to that code mate you can put any impreza gearbox on it mate....

but if ya change the gear box 4 1 with a different number u need to get the matchin diff otherwise u'll be draggin the **** end around which is blood scary lol (been there done that!!)
