3" decat centre section £50
Cheap as chips, needs to go.
Aluminised steel so will not rust, has a little scrape on it but does not affect use at all
collect from manchester or £10 postage

maybe if you put a q in the "general" section or technical?
Alternatively, you get an exhaust specialist to make a 3" to 2 and a half adapter for it...
