Weighs around 4.2kgs.
Brand new and boxed.
Improves throttle response. About as light as you can get.
I run the same flywheel in my own car and love it. Very effective on the road, track and dragstrip![Norty](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/norty.gif)
£275 delivered. PM me if you are interested.
(6kg Forged Flywheels also available for £195)

I had mine lightened to 7kg - heard if you go lighter i can cause idling problems, stalling, launching etc?! This accurate? Only my reduction to 7kg made JACK difference!! And i was thinking of going lighter

Usually the reason some places recommend 7kgs is because that is about as light as you can machine a OE flywheel down to before it becomes too weak and brittle.
This is not a OE flywheel that has been 'lightened' but is purpose designed and very strong, whilst being incredibly light.
I run the same one on my car with no idle issues or stalling (you might stall first couple of times until you get used to it). The car has also seen a fair bit of the drag strip and I don't think anyone could say its a slouch off the line (11.7secs @119mph, 0-60mph in 3.7secs with just 340bhp)
With this flywheel fitted you will notice the difference.
We don't sell 'lightened' OE flywheels but proper forged lightweight units.

I've got the 6kg in my mostly standard UK Turbo and am very pleased with it. Wants to get off the line fast
Easier up changes (revs drop fast). Easier down changes (easier rev match). Had some idling problems to start with (was trying to idle at 500rpm), but just reset the ECU (MY00 classic) and it figured out the new flywheel and then idled perfectly at 700rpm with no other changes
Would love to know what the 4kg feels like, but was money well spent.
