Due to a change in plans im selling my ej25. The motor is second hand but the block is in good condition and only needs a light honing. The crank has just been checked and polished and comes with ACL race bearings. The block is also supplied with con rods. All that is needed is a set of forged pistons and this would be a strong motor. Im looking for £500 plus delivery.

Just to answer a few questions. The crank has been polished not ground. It is still standard size. The ACL bearings are for both main and big end.

Matty how many miles had this block done and what sort of mods was it running, boost etc? i may be interested in this, i take it its all standard 2.5 sti parts apart from the pistons?

It don't think its from a sti, because it's not a semi cdb.

The block is from a 97 Legacy. Dont know the milage as the engine was removed before I collected it. The engine is in good condition and only requires a light honing. Its an open deck not a semi closed. All that is needed is a set of pistons.

Thanks for the interest but id like to sell the engine as a whole to be honest.
The engine is now on a well known auction site with no reserve!!!! Need the funds to build my 2.2.
