I dont understand,
Can you adjust the map from within the car it?
If not then surely its a very expensive monitor, they are going for £450 on the internet, surely thats a stupidly high price for some thing that acts as an electronic gauge?
I have just had a ECUTEK3 so am partly interested as it looks really cool, but then again its a lot of money for a monitor!

Dave,
Firstly, ~ Look at the ECUTEK site to see what it does do.
It can report on everything the ECU does.
My one has the User-tune feature and with the SPEC C ecu in my car I can switch between 'maps' (but not all values) .
I can also 'adjust' some paratmeters to like cam timing, ignition advance and duty cycle. But that is not 'Mapping'.

Check out the above,
Interesting section in there about the user tune set up and switching between maps!!!!
its a very presice peice of kit that can save u alot of pennys. It will monitor all what yr cars ecu is reading from the engine. more so if yr car is modified as you can keep an eye on all sorts, potentially preventing engine damage!
This version was actually £375 new!
