Regarding your price, I paid the same price for a WR Blue 2003 STi PPP with 29,000 on the clock from a subaru main dealer which had full subaru history and was sold as a subaru proven car.
You car does look gorgeous though, just pitching the right price i guess.

I think the price is too high. £11500 is more appropriate imo.
I would also give a comprehensive write up about the history of the car and remap etc as there are numerous details amiss.
A few more quality photos should also be added, internal ones aswell.
With road tax and fuel rising, to sell the car you will need to beat the rest of the market as there are loads of other similar cars not selling. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and accept less than what you really want, to get that sale.
