LPG Duel Fuel Suzuki Ignis Sport 2005 Black
For sale is my Suzuki Ignis Sport. 1st Registered in March 2005 on an 05 plate. I am the second owner as of November 2005. Full service history.
1.5 Litre VVT 16v, black pearl metallic paint. 41900 miles, just had the 36,000 miles service done replacing rocker cover gasket, spark plugs and EBC ultimax front brake pads. At 36000, 39000, 41500 miles I have changed the oil and oil filter myself.
It will come with 6 months road tax, as the vehicle is LPG it comes under the cheap car tax bracket.
It has passed the Mot with no faults, 12 months as of 15/5/08
The car runs on both petrol and lpg. It can be switched over with the car in motion by the press of a button with no interruptions. Currently I pay 51p a litre and and get around 210-220 miles per tank when driven under normal conditions. The LPG conversion was completed when the car had 10304 miles on the clock and i've never had a problem, the gas system will also be serviced before the car is sold. The work was completed at F1 Automotive in Bolton at a cost of £1603.00. The filling valve is conspicuously fitted in the rear bumper and does not stand out due to the colour of the car. The gas tank fits in the spare wheel well. Tank is 40L. Usually costs around £15-17 to fill up. Regulator make is Zivoli.
K&N air intake at a cost of £80, has just been recharged, will come with a k&n recharger kit
Tinted windows within legal limits, professionally done by solar tint at a cost of £225
Standard features include: Recaro Interior, carbon fibre trim, white dials and blue backlights, leather steering wheel and gearknob dual airbags, Clarion cd/mp3 headunit, Electic windows, mirrors and central locking. Immobiliser, Enkei alloy wheels, Disc brakes all round with ABS and EBD, close ratio 5 speed box, pas, immobilser, air con.
Insurance group 9 so it is quite cheap to insure, 0-60 in 8.5 seconds, weighs 945 kg so it has a good power to weight ratio, top speed 115mph.
Tyres: Toyo proxies up front 5mm tread, rear yokohama advan 3mm
Fuel consumption: urban 31.4mpg, extra urban 48.7mpg, combined 40.9mpg.
On paper the car is rated by suzuki to produce 107 bhp at the flywheel. I have a dyno sheet from a rolling road rating power at the wheels is 95.4bhp, this converts to approximately 115bhp at the flywheel, higher than Suzuki's claim.
The interior is very clean no tears or burns. Everything works and the car is an excellent condition.
Bad Points
Air Con works fine but does need re gassing
Few light scratches and stone chips
There is a tear on the rear of the back seat and is hardly noticeable.
Light scuff mark on the far left of the dash, again hardly noticeable.
