hi, is the apexi fc for version 1/2 or 3/4? if its for version 3 or 4 (my98) and comes with commander i,ll take it.

The EJ20 Closed deck is just block and pistons nothing else, the block was honed +20 for these pistons you would need to supply rods, bearings, and crank. Ultimately you could have a very strong 2lt or a 2.1.
