2001 IMPREZA WRX! WR BLUE! IMMACULATE! BARGAIN!
Its time to sell my much loved 2001 impreza turbo (bugeye shape) £7000
Lets start with the base model: A 2001 impreza turbo wrx, uk car, 2.0turbo 4 wheel drive. 220bhp as standard. its got the uprated bucket seats in, abs, electric windows/ mirrors/ single cd player/ a/c etc etc, all the usual extras found on this model. original 'UNMARKED' gold wheels with match the Famous wr blue paint scheme. Has the high level rear spoiler also fitted to this model (a must with imprezas). This car has a full main dealer history, serviced every 5k, and piles and piles of invoices for everything from mots to bulbs.Also x2 keys and alarm fobs.
I have owned the car for a year now and has been a pleasure, only has two former keepers, the guy i bought it off also kept this a imaculate example, garaged for most of its life and tried to not use it in the rain! thats what made my decission to buy it as its clearly looked after!
Recently,With paper work to prove, i have fitted a recon engine to it as one of the piston rings failed and damaged the block, im a fully trained tech and carried this out at work.The new engine i sourced from a breakers which has covered just 30k out of a 2002 model wrx, this cost me £1500 alone before all the other bits were added! Also while doing this i took the oportunity to fit a new cambelt kit, oil and filter, uprated spark plugs, fuel filter, new exceedy clutch kit, new battery and gearbox and diff oil changes.
The car has a couple gadgets fitted also in the form of a nokia bluetooth car kit and a ipod connector fitted to the std headunit. Also genuine WRX logo'd floor mats.
The interior is unmarked and like new!!
Since ive owned the car i have carried out several sensible and reliable mods......

#Whiteline 24mm adjustable rear antiroll bar
#HKS air filter
#Forge group A blow off valve
#Full 2005 sti shockers
#Prodrive -25mm springs
#Scooby world NINJA 5inch cat back stainless system
#Japspeed Downpipe and centre de-cat
#Auto gauges boost gauge in a pillar and carbon pod
#Full set of rally mud flaps (only to stop stone chips)
#Morette headlight conversion a must on this shape!
#Sti fog light covers (fogs still behind)
#front and rear window tints (front lighter so are legal)
#Full autoglym lifeshine
#Also cleaned and polished at least once a week, rain or shine!
#Subaru genuine cat 1 alarm/immobiliser.
thats about it for mods i think will add anything later if ive forgot
The car is rolling roaded at 280.9bhp with graph to prove by Race Solutions.
Just had major service when engine replaced as explained earlier, cambelt ete etc, also 2 new front michelin tyres.
Car has 5months tax and MOT till october
Drives completly faultless, pulls hard, sounds amazing and looks beautiful!
Needs to be seen to be believed, you wont find cleaner, tho must say does have a couple chips on front bumper and bonnet, tho expected for a 2001 car.
NUMBER PLATE NOT INCLUDED CAR NOW HAS ORIGINAL PLATE ON AND NEW LOG BOOK.
I have been honest about this car, any viewings welcome no test pilots! and sensible offers close to the £7000 asking price as possible.

I won't be in the market for my next Scoob until early September but a couple of questions for you -
1. Who do you insure it with and how much does it cost you?
2. Would you MOT it before sale?
