£7k for that car with full rebuild is a cracking price. Can you not find a way to keep the car?
Good luck and btt for you.

Was hoping to but cost of the rebuild has gone over my budget, so i've decided to sell and get a nice cheap uk turbo till i'm back on my feet

Thanx for the comments though, this car is definately worth the money, it's absolutely mint

Lovely car mate and i have no doubt it's worth the asking price but the way the market is it prob would have been easier to sell it with the knackered engine. People just aren't prepared to pay top dollar for scoobs at the moment no matter how nice the car !!

Dont agree with that at all, yeah the car market has slumped and i would say it has affected sales of standardish scooby's. But i think a car like mine will be bought buy someone who is a real enthusiast and i dont think that will matter.

END OF THE DAY IT AINT GOING FOR LESS THAN £7k

I'm looking at the clues you could have done a swop for a nice u.k turbo or sold the car realistically priced car as it was.

You wouldn't have skinted yourself

You wouldn't have given yourself the grief of HAVING to sell the car for top dollar in a very difficult market to recoup money you odviously haven't got.

I post up tyrying to sell my car and you post on the thread, was it anything helpful....NO...it was just a little cheap shot to make yourself feel good!!!

I suggest you keep your big noise out of it and let me get on with selling my car.

The car was worth nothing broken, i'd rather get it repaired and then recoup some of the cash i've spent to get it repaired.

This is my pet hate on scoobynet, people posting on threads who have no interest in buying the car. I'm not asking for peoples opinions. I've put my ad up with price, so if yor not interested in buying, please dont post.
