Default Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 GSR Ralliart No 61(For Sale again due to timewaster)

SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its up for sale again!!!!! Due to a timewaster who is actually my so called mate, Who after giving me a deposit nearly a month ago, has now turned round and doesnt want the car anymore as he doesnt seem to be able to afford it!!!!

Anyway:
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR Ralliart No 61 in silver with 65k miles on the clock, this is a UK/Ralliart car not a Import.

Full service history with 15 stamps in book, last service was done at 62200miles which was a full service, I also had the AYC done last month and there are plenty of other recipets with the car also cambelt was done at 47k miles and a full gearbox rebuild at 32k miles

Tracker and Cat 1 alarm system along with Clifford BlackJax 4 anti hijack system

12 Months M.O.T

Following mods:
3" Magnex Downpipe and wrapped
3" Magnex Decat midsection
3" Magnex full exhaust system
HKS Induction kit
Evo 8 MR actuator
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Fidanza flywheel
AP clutch
Ferodo DS2500 brake pads
EBC Grooved brake discs
Eibach lowering springs
18" OZ superlegga alloys
Ralliart stripe kit
T3 GSR private plate

This is a very clean car and has been well matained and looked after. And anyone who comes to view will see how clean it is compared to most Evo 6's that are for sale, No car park dings, or ripped/teared cigarette burned interiors here, This is a very clean Evo 6, and it took me ages to find one in this good of condtion, its also badged on centre console as a Evo VI no 61!!! Gearbox and engine all run smooth no knocks, bangs etc

Also the private numberplate T3 GSR will stay with the car.

Car is HPi clear, no crash damage and no finance owed as it was bought cash!!!

Price £8.999 no offers,

this is a very cheap car for miles and the fact its a UK Spec car, but need it shifting now as Ive got to many cars sitting on the drive!!!!!!

£8.999 no offers

I fell in love with that when you had it up on here not long back.
Stunning looking car and obviously well loved.
Best of luck with the sale, hope it goes to another good home

John.

Hi,
Its a MY99, not sure on power as I havent had it on a rolling road, and it hasnt been mapped(this was next on the list) but has the uprated fuel pump etc ready for a remap.

I cant accept 8.500, the least I can possible take is 8.900

Regards
John

Hi John
Good luck with the sale mate
I've known John for quite a few years now and he's not the kind of guy to skimp on his motors, he spends his cash on keeping them tip top, really does look afted his cars and I would not hesitate to buy a car from him.
This is a well priced genuine UK car and 8K is not even close to what it's worth, you can get evo 6's for that much but not like this one
So John After at least 2 scoobys , 2 evo's and a focus RS that I know of what have you got planned next, I know you've got a baby on the way so something sensible I imagine

its not 8k its as good as 9 and at that point you may as well go a bit further and get a 7 or 8 these things are not selling well and there are some nice later cars for sale at 9/10k
Im not saying its not worth it im shure it is but human nature is to go for the best deal available, Not just pay the price because "its worth it"
I realy hope this car sells for what the owner wants

Thanks Ray, it was my 3rd Evo!!!

Yeah got to be sensible for a bit, Have been thinking of a hawkeye scooby wagon, got loads of space for the baby and shopping, and got the speed for when the baby is not in the car!!!!

Hows the Evo 8 MR, you sold yours yet!!! Or are you keeping it!!!!

Yeah I understand you got to get the best deal(we all do) . performance cars are not selling at the moment and everyone knows it,its a buyers market(which is no good for me)

I wish I could have held out and got £9.5k for my evo, and I feel it was worth it, but the fact is I could have had it sitting in my garage for 2 months, I felt £8.995 was a good price, and judging by the number of e-mails and pm's etc, It was priced well.

9/10k could get you a o.k Evo 7 GSR, but a Evo 8 GSR for 9/10k Id stay away from, unless its a Evo 8 260, and to be honest a evo 260 isnt a real Evo in my eyes, to slow and expensive to run for something thats not all that quicker then a Clio 182!!!!

Thanks mate!!!

Dont forget later Evo's 2001+ you will have to pay the £400 road tax. I had a Evo 7 GSR a few years ago, and I really didnt like it, felt to heavy and I ended up selling straight away. If I was in the market for a Evo again it would be a Evo 6 RS or RSX again, Great cars!!!!!! No AYC, No ABS lightweight beast, great fun!!!
