2004 SPEC-C ** PRICE REDUCTION**
********SOLD***********
Hi guys,
As with lots of good things, they always have to end somewhere and for this reason i have decided to put my Spec-c up for sale. I don't want to harp on too much about it because if you know your cars then you will know what the Spec-c is all about.
I bought this car from PCM last year and have spent alot of time and money refining her into what you see before you now.I am the first UK owner. The car is actually a Motorsport Spec-c and was designed to be sold and turned into a private rally car. I was lucky with this because it had been specced with electric windows and air con so it kept its creature comforts. The car came with low specced brakes and a grey "throwaway interior" and no spoiler. I have never added a rear spoiler as it doesn't make the car stand out too much and they also weigh a fair amount.
I have looked after her very well which is reflected in the condition of the car.It still has its original road flair and Subaru tool kit. It has always been warmed up and cooled down before and after driving and only ever run on V-power 99ron. Cleaning wise has seen me spend many hours working on her to ensure she looks as new.
The car currently has 6 months tax and a years MOT. The mileage is currently at 17250miles.

The spec is as follows:
EJ20 engine semi-closed deck
6 speed box with DCCD
AP Racing 6 pot front brakes with 335mm discs
Ferrodo DS 2500 Pads
Goodridge braided hoses
Prodrive PFF7s powdercoated white
Rays extended wheel nuts
Vredstein Ultrac Sessanta tyres
Green panel filter
Forge dump valve
Tein Bonnet lifters
Apex Gen2 coilovers
Perrin Rear anti Roll Bar
Perrin Rear drop links
Defi boost, oil pressure, oil temp gauges
STI Genome boost gauge
Flocked guage pod
Kenwood Double Din DVD player with i-pod hook up
Complete Carbon fibre dash/centre console kit
Speedware Harness bar powdercoated black
Titon four point harnesses (original seatbelts available)
Full STI interior
Tinted back three windows
Alpine speakers in the front doors
Pioneer 6x9s on rear shelf.
Car is fully de-tangoed as per factory Spec
Cat 1 Cobra Alarm and Immobiliser
Tracker
Performance wise the car is standard and has not been "played" with which is how i wanted it. I do have a Full 3 inch decatted exhaust available separately if buyer is interested. Power should be circa 300 hp with similar torque but as it has never been near a rolling road i am only roughly quoting factory figures.
I am looking for 11000 pounds or part ex for V5/6 sti Type R V Limited
Please PM me for any additional details
Thanks for looking,
Rich

Rich you will regret it after its gone I must admit tho I was contemplating getting rid off mine but after I went out in it last night it put a smile back on my face which no other car has done for me.

Hi Gussy, i know what you're saying mate but a new line of work means that i have to spend some time out of the country so i can't justify the car. It took me a long time to source a Spec-c in this condition and yes it is sad to see her up for sale, but i may return in the future with something even more special.

Saw one of these at Harewood hill climb on sunday (scoobytyson's 450hp) and it can easily keep with the times of some of the 500+hp Evo 5 + 9 rs's...perfect for trackdays and sprints. Awesome.
