1999 Evo 6 swap high powered 1999 Impreza/UK/STi
I had this thread going a couple of months back but decided to give the Evo another go.
I had a 1999 UK turbo mapped to 320bhp and loved it. I always wanted an Evo so went for it but I miss the Subaru too much so I want another.
My Evo 6 is a T reg, silver, has 59k on it and will have 1yrs mot on it when sold as theres nothing wrong with it. I've had it for around 4 months now and just cant take to it.
Mods are , HKS Superdragger exhaust, HKS mushroom filter, Walbro 255 and a decat pipe so should be hitting around 310bhp. It just needs remapped now.
It also has a custom made screamer pipe which opens on full boost and vents into the atmosphere. Sounds kind of like a jet taking off.
Looking for £7895
OR preferably, a 1999 STi or above, or even an RA and cash, 4 door with the more power the better

My car is Murray's old car. X reg year 2000. It has been looked after by Alan Garrod (500BHP Classic) and Harvey Smith (500+BHP Classic Wagon) as well as Bob Rawle (BRD) who did the mapping.
It's running around 350 BHP. It has a front mount, bigger injectors, bigger turbo, a load of Roger Clark Motorsport stuff, uprated fuel pump and a ECUtek ECU.
Not to worry if you're not interested, I'm not in a hurry to sell.

Thanks for the offer Gordon, but I'd be looking for a bit of cash as well if I take a UK spec.
My aim is for 400bhp so a 1999 Sti drivetrain should almost take that. 320-350 is the max a UK will take but I wish I'd spent the extra the Evo cost me on a P1 diff, 'box and prop for my old Sube

I have a Black Blobeye STi I am thinking of selling if you are interested. 2002 Impreza STi Import in Micra Black.
Imported in 2003 with just under 50k miles
Blacked out rear windows,
11 Months MOT
2 Months Tax
Just fully serviced with belts, tensioners, pulleys, NGK plugs, silkolene pro oil, filters (receipts for all)..
New wheel bearings on both ft wheels
New Alloys and tyres less than a month old (unmarked)
New carbon fiber bonnet and scoop less than a month old.
STi ft and rear strut brace. (Front one is in the post to me as we speak)
Tien coilovers.
New Splitter in kitchen going on this weekend if it is not raining.
Ram air filter mounted in wing
De-cat down pipe
HKS exhaust system (so I was told but never checked but it is aftermarket though.
Upgraded sound system with infinity speakers
Massive amp and power cap in boot which lights up when the car is running but never plugged a sub into it though
Cat 1 alarm and imob,
ow ow ow and red under wheel neons LOL ;-)
Going to get a remap on it ASAP and expecting around 330 to 360
