True. Ceramic coating is very expensive and these headers and up-pipe, brand new are a bargain. Ceramic coated headers usually go for around £800-£900.

what make are the headers tho,cos if heard nothing but problems with the cheaper 250 quid ebay efforts

Keeps the hot bits hot and the cool bits cool - this improves spool and performance.
