dont bet on it ....I had a 944 turbo(cost me £32K new) back in the last recession in 92, sold it for £8.54K in 92........it was woth £8.5 K last year to buy a good example of the said car !!!!
so I've been there and done that , same with house prices low in bad times but will go sky high again in a few years .....just watch and see

hi mate just near dartford other side of the bridge, im open to offers.
i know i will regret it but times are getting hard and i just bought a new flat so im afraid ive got to sell cant afford both.
