For Sale:
Honda FireBlade 929RRY
This is a MY2000 bike with an "interesting" numberplate W38ULF
I have had the bike for the last few years and have commuted on it, doing around 200 miles a week every week mainly on motorways, the bike is incredibly reliable (its a Honda) and very, very fast (its a FireBlade)
The good bits:
Regularly maintained (was my only form of transport to work for a few years, so had all filters, chain, sprockets, plugs, pads regularly changed).
R&G Crash mushrooms fitted
Dark double-bubble screen (with original supplied)
Micron race exhaust (with original supplied)
Currently running with a slightly smaller front sprocket (bringing max velocity down to around 165mph but improving accelleration)
The bad bits:
35,000 miles (commuting bike
)
Was knocked over last year so some marks on fairing (not noticeable from more than a few feet away).
Looking for a realistic £2,500 for the bike.
.....just want to free the cash to buy a MY98+ classic (will consider either saloon or wagon)....so will consider swaps.
Couple of pics from last year....will try to post more recent ones if anyone interested:
