07 Apple Macbook brand new condition

Hi here we have my 11month old Macbook. us. still has warrnty left so if breaks take it back to apple. In totally mint condition. As you can see on the photos it has a clear protective film over the case top and also the scroll pad and selector bar so no nasty scratches and marks at all. The film used is the same film that goes on a cars paintwork to stop it being chipped and is easlely removed leaving no marks or residue. It is in full complete working order and comes complete with box charger and all relevant paperwork/discs. The remote is not even opened and still in the sealed bag I can reinstall the OS software so that it will be like a new mac when you get it. Please note this is the middle spec with the DVD writer super+ drive. Selling due to wanting to purchase macbook air. I know this model is better but just think the AIR looks so cool. I understand their are cheaper books on ebay but can confirm that this is as new as condition can be! Any questions please ask. Will post special delivery in box and further box outside with packaging as don't want the thing damaged. Tried to contact seller no response. Then made a claim thru paypal who found in my favour but would not refund money as they could not get in touch with the seller! What is the point of charging you a handling fee when they do not even cover you. I would prefer cheque bank transfer exc! But if not we can discuss. I am a trusted buyer /seller on scoobynet and sold/bought many things so i can be trusted.
