Taken from a 94 WRX, huge stainless steel back box with 5" tail pipe In very good condition, reasonably quiet(Jasma reg'd).
Will not fit a standard centre, but I could get one made up to fit in S/S if needs be, but will cost extra. I'm looking for £100 for the BB only. Pictures below of the said item Click on link, then click on SP(street performer)

Hi craft, 3vil exhaust ya got there m8 , i may be interested (in either the Trust or Jap inniovations system)to give her a more "presence" and to get the extra bhp from de-catting- but 'cos i'm a noobie i have a few questions...

- would they be ok for a v.1 wrx?
- how loud are they compared to other systems?
- I'm currently running an Sti exhaust system, how much would i be looking at for a d/pipe + de-catted mid-section to fit the Trust BB?
- Is the Jap system de-catted?
- Would any other adjustments/tuning need to be made after fitting a different exhaust?

Sorry, seems like a lot of questions....

Thanks.

Right peeps, here are some answers to your Q's

Raster: It is off a 94 WRX so it will fit.
This backbox is very quiet compared to other systems, like HKS & Blitz. It's Jasma reg'd which means it's passed stringent emission and noise tests in japan, it just makes the flat4 sound a bit beefier I recently had a TSL grpA d/p fitted and it didn't make much difference in noise levels!
With the d/p, mine from TSL cost £317 which included labour and vat, I think scoobysport are around the same, unsure of other suppliers as I never asked. The centre "should" cost around £100, but again unsure, was going to take it to Powerflow to get the centre made up, they'll do it on the car there and then, should only take a couple of hrs.
Jap innovations exhaust is still for sale, its centre and bb, 2.5 system, sounds good on full chat, will be off the car in 2 weeks, unles I've sold the Trust
I don't think you should have to make any adjustments to your car, if only putting a exhaust on, not 100% on this so maybe put a post in technical.

555ROB: YHM

DannyBT:
As above, "should" only cost around £100 to have a centre made up for your MY98.

Edited to say, jap innovations system is still for sale

I can confirm the back box is shinier than an incredibly shiny thing and sounds like...an incredibly nice thing

Les, the TRUST back box(1st lot of pictures) is still for sale, as it say's above though, it will not fit an original centre, you'll need to get a centre made up.
E-mail me if still interested, medorcheese@btinternet.com

The TRUST b/b is now sold!

If anyone's interested, I'll be taking the current Jap Innovations
exhaust off the car next week. It's only 4 weeks old, a 2.5" system, with a 3.5" tail. It consists of a centre section and a back box, both stainless! I'm looking for £300 ono.

BTW, I live in the north west.
