If you mean MY95 then yes it would fit, as long as you buy the diff and its transfer casing, then it wouls swap staight over.

In that case it should fit, however you'd need a 3.9 rear diff to keep the ratios correct, since the DCCD is 1:1 and your current centre diff is 1.1:1
3.9 R160 diffs with the lcd is hard to come by, easiest solution is to get HDC to build one up from a 3.54 diff (that you have already) and a CWP from a classic sport.
