Cool

No, not too much - prob too little. Makes everyone think it's knackered. Advertise it for £3k. These cars go like stink and are bullet proof - little can touch it for this money.

Cheers,

Tony

Tony, I agree 100%, these cars are bullet proof, as much fun as an Impreza, they attract no attention from the Police or theiving idiots, and they're cheaper to insure. £2k isn't enough for a car that offers so much, but unfortunately, it's got to go!!!

Pete, I'll try and sort out a picture. If I can't post it here, I'll email it to you direct.

Tell us a bit more about the car. Tyres, brakes, interior, extras etc.

I was in Bristol last week.... would have been interested in looking.

Does the AC work???

Luke, yes the A/C works. Ref wheels/brakes/tyres, the car is currently running standard wheels {15"), TAROX 40-groove discs with 1144 pads, and a mixture of tyres! As soon as it stops raining for long enough for me to borrow a camera, I'll get some pics.

I've got one of these, do the guy a favour somebody, I guarantee you won't regret it. I would sell the kids before I'll sell mine.

Thumbs up

Just to help Ian, and put this back near the top:

We bought a similar Legacy Turbo last month. Stunning.

I've got a '99 Impreza Turbo, and the Legacy is just as fast and comfortable. If she'd allow me, I'd probably sell my Impreza, pay off some debts and have one m'self!

Someone buy it!

These cars are really nice to have. If I had more space and more cash knocking around I'd buy it just to have another one. Very quick, build is sturdier and very rapid. It's daft no one has bought it yet!

Bttt - also - Ian, how quiet is the engine? Is it suffering at all from noisy tappets?

Thanks to all for keeping this near the top.

Tony - on the tappet front, it's audible very occasionally - once or twice a month, but with a dip of the clutch and a quick rev of the engine it dissapears!?!?
