Well its sad to say, it looks like I have to sell my Pug 205 to make room for the Scoob, so as below please see the spec.
This car is ready for your trackdays to which you'll have know end of fun.
This is no way standard as its been modified for performance and handling.
The reason for the sale is that I have a new toy to play with and I need the room, if I had spare room
I would keep it.
So as for spec in no particular order, please see this list below :
1991 Pug 205 GTI stripped bare
OMP 6 point Rollcage with door bars
Pre 1991 1.9GTI Engine running on 2001 Yamaha R1 Carbs with Bogg Bro's Manifold
BE1 1.6 Gearbox for faster acceleration
Full OMP Exhaust system with 4 to 1 branch manifold
Brand new clutch just fitted
Pug 405 mi16 Front brake calipers
Pug 309 wide track rod ends
Facet fuel pump - Brand new
Bilstein adjustable rear Shocks
Stiff Tarmac suspension
Inline fire extingshire - Controlled from inside or outside the car
Emergency cut-off switch inside and out
Cobra bucket seats
Push button start
Single wiper
Battery box in boot
Braided fuel lines
Push button start
All windows except Front windscreen are perspex
2 Sets of wheels, one set are standard 205gti 1.9 alloys with normal road tyres for wet weather
2nd set of wheels are compomotive wheels with Dunlop SP's track tyres
Its serviced every 3 trackdays with no exspense spaired with below
Plugs, Mobil 1 motorsport oil 15/50w, Mobil 1 gearbox oil, Air filter, oil filter and pads if deemed needed.
Brake oil has been uprated to AP600.
Hard to explain really, but you wouldn't be sorry if you bought this as the engine still pulls strong as
if the day it was made.
The only bad bit about the car is that on my last trackday at Llandow, I forgot to put the bonnet pins back in and at slow speed
the bonnet flew back up and slightly bent it out of shape. Ooops...
Any questions please feel free to ask.

It was road legal about ayear ago, but within a year I probably used it twice on the road so didnt bother re-taxing or to MOT the car again.
It doesn't have a trailer sorry, I normally borrow a friends trailer or hire one but that will be changing when I get my new track in 2 weeks.
You can pick one up for about £400 on fleabay though.

The only immediate work it requires is headlight bulbs, thats if you want to use it on the road.
Otherwise its already to go, no leaks of oil, water or anything.
I'll try to get some more pics of the interrior up very soon.

The standard clutch was fitted back in August 08 which does the job with no problems, since then its only done 1 track day which was about 50 miles worth I'd say as it was at Llandow.
As for the total mileage on the car since day 1, the previous clocks read 87k miles before it gave up on the oil temp gauge and I had to replace it with a 2nd hand unit which now says 175k which is not its true mileage.
From replacing the unit its done 5 track days, again all with about 50-60 miles per track day.
So not alot really.
