Not sure of the benefits for you, but I chucked the original subaru item in the bin as it didn't handle the boost very well (i'm running a md321t turbo with 400+ hp).

As for your car, it would be a straight fit if your valve is NOT the type that bolts straight onto the intercooler.

There are huge benefits to be had for those that still have a MAF and are using VTA by changing back to a decent recirc.
