How much do you think my scoobys worth?
Iam thinking of selling up and just wondering how much you guy's think it's worth? I was looking on pistonheads and prices are all over the place!
90,000km and still restricted
N plate 96 i think
black wrx mudflaps
only a few mods (Blitz Zorst, Dump valve, induction kit, new panel filter and a uprated fuel pump)
It has an STI spoiler and is a Sunroof version
Obviously for it's age it has is 'marks'
Any ideas?

Thanks!

its only worth what people are willing to pay. in the current climate you would struggle to get even 2.5K for it. Keep it until the market picks up and the chavs have crashed all the nasty ones.

Nice car - Id keep it.
Just out of interest has it had a bonnet conversion? I thought the N reg had the slotted bonnet vents as opposed to the newer grill style ones? My old N reg did anyway
Good luck with the sale and future purchase.
Cheers

I reckon its a 2000 car tops with the way things are just now. I was very interested in a mint MY00 Classic UK Turbo PPP with 38k and Full Subaru History for 3400 a couple of weeks back. No special trade contacts, just advertised on Autotrader by a private seller.

read the post above mate!
The OP is suggesting that s/he is wanting to sell up NOW.
Therefore s/he will be subject to the same market conditions that are in effect NOW.
Unfortunately that would mean a hell of a hit

£1800 Sorry but it's what people will sell them for when they need the doller and what people are paying for them at the mo.
Was at the auction last week and picked a wrx up on a T 99 for £1300 59k on the clock and sold Yesterday for £2400

Sold the scooby now i'm gutted after buying 182 so i'm selling up to buy another.Mine was easily worth 4K but that's the way the market is..plus there are hundreds of WRX's to choose from.
Good luck with it all.

Mine is similar (M reg WRX with a couple of mods, but mines on 145000km)
I know what they're worth, but £2k for a quickish AWD saloon is an insult. I'll keep mine because it's fairly quick and reliable and there's nothing that could replace it for that money.
Mattsb, I hope you get a decent offer and you don't regret the sale later. By the looks of it someone will get a bargain.
