Early Classic WRX for sale with Gearbox problem
I was due to sell this car due to a growing family but in the last few days the car has developed a gearbox issue which I believe is the front diff however I don't have the funds to repair so will now sell as is. Other than the box the car is in perfect working order and has wanted for nothing in terms of up keep. Car has 86k on the clock I don't know exactly when it was converted from km to miles but milage is obviously less the the 86k shown.
Spec -
Rebuilt engine back in 2007 by previous owner using standard internals, uprated head gaskets fitted
Replacement TD05 fitted last year
uprated clutch 1000 miles ago
Reverse inlet manifold
Front mount
Apexi Induction
Twin Catch cans
4 pot front brakes
02 Newage interior
H&S Downpipe
Blitz NUR Spec 3" cat back system
17" P1 OZ wheels with very good rubber
Greddy gauges
Knock Link
Type R Struts and spring from a low mileage 99 classic
Scooby Clinic supplied 'Scooby ECU' runs 1.1 bar and has a proven 286 bhp
New coil packs and plus fitted in the last 5k
Recent Oil change using Motul 15W50
Brand new battery
Sure there's things I have missed but the pics show the car is in good condition. Still plenty of MOT and Tax too
Given the issue with the box and the fact it will need trailoring away I will take £1500 (no offers), the car broken would easily acheive way higher than this or someone could drop a new box in and have a very cheap well spec'd classic
