sti engine with v3 heads
very low milage engine thats currently sat in my sti version 3
full bottom end rebuild around a year ago using
version 5 casing
sti version 3 heads
acl race bearings
sti8 crank and rods
rebuilt oilpump
sti forged pistons
sti metal head gaskets
done around 4k and only been used with a vf 23 turbo and pfc mapped my jgm (very safe map)
bare engine £1150 but can be sold with all ancillarys for the right price (including running gear)
currently still in the car so can be heard running and tested

no mate the apexi pfc and commander will be for sale for £400 once engine has sold but im sure we could do a deal if your intrested , you can have a standard v3 sti ecu thrown in for nowt

I've got a V4 STI with the standard ecu so unless I could find a way of remapping it your engine wouldnt be of much use to me which is a shame 'cos it sounds like a good one and I'm only in chelmsford myself

the bottom end was bought from a member of scoobynet as an unrun fresh build and built up by andy at special scoobys, still have the paperwork to show anyone who is intrested, can also be sold with all sti running gear box / diff etc.. but engine must be sold first before anything else goes,

obviously had new belts also had new pully/tensioner
run in correctly for 1000 miles with oil/filter changes, and knock readings on the commander are very low
lightened flywheel aswell if anyone is intrested

because i need to sell the car to fund another one and in todays climate its not worth as much as it is in bits, all the goodies on the car will be advertised and sold once the engine has a buyer so i can show how well it is running, if i dont find a buyer for the engine then i may well keep it
