Smile Peugeot 306 GTI-6 98 R 96k FSH for sale

I have decided to go for a new thread
Well as i now have another Subaru, my 306 GTI is up for sale.
Mileage is approx 96k in diablo red on a 98 R plate phase 2 car.
I am the 4th owner, from what i can make out, the first owner was a garage (ex demonstrator) followed by a guy who owned her for about 18 months, then a woman owner for the next 7-8 years, and i have owned her for about 15 months, the car has FULL service history which is documented! and all the old MOT certificates and original handbooks.

Bad points.
Small dent on the boot (it is small, paint has not been split)
Curbing on alloy wheels.
Slight rocking on the drivers seat
Laqueur peel on the roof and drivers side rear wing by the rear quarter window.
Only one key (a replacement costs about 100 pounds because they need coding to the immobiliser).

Good points.
HPI clear!
8 months tax and MOT

Well you can say that half the car has been replaced!

Since the 85k mark the following work (off the top of my head) has been carried out (over £800 spent when the car was purchased at the first service!).

Peugeot Front and rear brake discs and pads
front wishbones
2 new front tyres
2 very good P6000 rear tyres (originally what the car came with though these are new )
new spare tyre (£45)
New peugeot back box (£170)
new heater matrix (£400 fitted)
new aircon radiator (all in the a/c refurb cost around 500 quid)
most of the aircon piping replaced (the aircon works!)
New wiring loom to drivers door (£290 for both)
new clutch and clutch cable (4-500 quid to replace)
Cambelt done at 85k
Water pump changed at same time as cambelt
(all fluids have been changed out between 85-94k miles and spark plugs)

The gearbox is how it should be, tight and precise, the rain sensitive wipers work correctly, there is no play in the rear beam (this car has had a good life) there is minimal wear on the drivers side bolster for the mileage, the car looks to have been a none smokers car, she does not over heat and i have been told she is a good one (but i knew that when i bought her).
She is my 3rd GTI-6, purrs like she should, is still very lively considering the mileage on her, pulls strongly in all gears, has the 6 stack cd player in the boot (though it does need a cd cleaner in there), some very minor dings of which most are hardly noticable, she is not badly stonechipped like you see many of the other GTI-6's at this mileage, totally standard and unmodified.
If i think of anything else that has been done (must have spent a good 2.5k on her) then i will put it down.
Most of the work has been carried out by Prosport since I have owned the car, the 2 front tyres have only been on for less than 2 months and the tracking was carried out at the same time.

I am looking for 2000 ono, which may seem expensive, but considering a clutch for one of these fitted will set you back a good 400 quid, and most at this mileage will require one, its a bit of a bargain.
Car available to view in slough or manchester.

PM or post here.
