However, don't want to offend you but you could have presented it nicer instead of lying between the dog's cup and drainpipe in your backyard where there seems to be plenty of dogpi$$.

Well, if it can help you, the make of this Hyper Medalion is "tanabe", not JASMA and the price for a new one (exactly the one you have pictured) is 74000 yen in Japan.
JASMA stand for Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association, those guys check if an exhaust is not too noisy etc, so this one seems to be road legal if there's a JASMA certification with it.
Main pipe is 70cm, tail is 115cm just in case somebody asks....
