Hi,
Have a 1994 WRX wagon in 936 Red for sale. Car has 93K on clock but some of this is KM (not sure how much though sorry).
Car needs some cosmetic work and a replacement up-pipe fitted hence price.
I did attempt to spray the sideskirts to match the red but alas it didn't work too well. Could do with sanding back and doing again. I think I have the paint (spray-can) in the garage if wanted.
Car has dents on O/S wing, and some denting on inner wing resulting in shut-line not being straight. Also has some paint defects like small patch of peeled lacquer on rear quater panel unfortunately due to some vandals keying it and the cold weather has gotten in there and made it worse.
This car is not in pristine condition, but mechanically, barr the required up-pipe it is fine. I have had this car in with Northants Subaru for gearbox work because it suffered the loose bolt on the mainshaft. This is fixed. Also had two bearings replaced, one on the box and one at the rear diff. Recieipts for all this work are in the car. Guy at Northants Subaru was actually quite impressed with the car.
Car was put through the MOT with Northants Subaru about 2 months ago and passed fine. Car does still have tax too, until about june I think. This can be checked.
This car is pretty much standard, only upgrades being a large exhaust backbox, decat center and a scooby ecu.
Should be a very easy fix-up for someone in the know. I am only selling because I want a newer model.
One thing to mention is that I only have the green slip from the V5. I am taking a trip to the DVLA offices in Northampton on Thursday this week to sort it out, but two attempts at mailing through for a V5 have resulted in a conversation over the phone saying I should have sent off the green slip with it!!! As that is my only proof of ownership, I have opted for the face to face route.
Any people wishing to view it prior to Thursday, please bare that in mind.
I have priced it at £1000 but will take offers. I will be taking pictures later to add to this post.
I have been as honest as can be with the post. Car would probably make a great project for someone.
Thanks,
Simon
Edit - See further down for pics of the wagon.
