Dear Mr HAT,,,, Oh what a clever boy you are...... Do you really think I would display the reg of the car if I was trying to hide the fact that IT WAS a CAT C!!! Errrrr Nope!!! Glad to see that your not colour blind either...... was GREEN now BLUE...... Please dont assume that everyone else on the forum is incapable of doing a HPI check. Can you now explain to the forum why it was a CAT C I mean its now right to give only half the info is it???? I have offered full inspection, if anyone was remotely interested then I would have given my mobile number and I would have talked in detail then....
Next time your missus burns your roast potatoes, dont get get ****ty, no need for it mate...
Anyway, the car is beautiful, inspections are still welcome, and I will be the first to tell you when its sold!!! Secondly, MR HAT, i think you mis spelt your username should it not have MR RAT....... And as for your reply, I simply dont give a FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.

i used to have a cat c Porsche 944 s2 didn't put me off but all depends on price as you've got to be realistic - I bought a J reg 944 s2 in 2002 for just over £4k and they are still going for more than that if they haven't been cat registered.
WHAT ARE YOUR MODS WORTH ON HERE ( YOUR COILOVERS, ECU, WHEELS ETC. ) TAKE THE PRICE OFF YOUR £5K ASKING PRICE AND YOU'RE TALKING WHAT ....£3500 FOR A S REG CAT C IMPREZA CLASSIC. imo - CAR IS WORTH about £3K MATE I COULD GET A 53 PLATE WRX FOR WHAT YOU'RE ASKING AND ITS NOT CAT D OR CAT C.

No mate, your posts are sly...... like i say, full details would have been given if anyone shows an interest, without knowing the full extent of why it was a CAT C I think the comments were out of order and uncalled for, like I say, if you had made contact with me, phoned me and then I hadnt gone through the history with you, then that would have been sly, bit like you assuming that everyone is on the take, and that is wrong....

Aslong as the repair has been carried out 2 a satisfactory std and it has past the inspection test it should b all fine 2 b fair?
A - Not for resale. Fire damaged (burnt-out), flood damaged (contaminated or salt water), severely damaged with no serviceable parts, or heavily stripped (shell).
Notification of Destruction required. (To be crushed). Recorded at DVLA & HPI.
B - Not for resale. Damaged beyond economical repair and/or severe structural damage.
Notification of Destruction required. (Parts can be removed and sold). Recorded at DVLA & HPI.
C - Repairable salvage. Generally applies to older vehicles. Can be sold for repair but must now have VIC inspection.
Recorded at DVLA & HPI.
D - Repairable salvage. Minimal damage sometimes stolen and found after claim has been paid, or cost of repair combined with difficulty obtaining new parts to enable a swift repair.
Recorded with HPI.
X - Repairable salvage. Not recorded on any registers such as HPI. Limited or very light damage, or vehicle is new or less than 12 months old. Usually requires minimal repair work.
NOT Recorded with HPI.
Woulda been advised 2 say it was a cat c in the 1st place thou dude, and unfortunately that should reflect in the price.
I also am a paint sprayer n must say it looks like a nice job...n if i had a green classic n wanted a blue 1, bein in the job i'm in i'd do a colour change too.
Just like 2 add i ain't against green scoobs lol
