Default gauging interest...whats it worth?? please help! dont want to break

i've had my engine looked at today and i need new radiator, both rocker covers and a crankseal geasket?? if there is such a thing?
i'm unsure whether to pay this or sell as im unable to do the work myself(as you've probably gathered im a mechanical dunce)

it's as follows:

my98 turbo 2000
99thousand miles
some service history
full decat exhaust (afterburner vortex back box)
cambelt done 9minths ago (about 6 thousand miles ago)
dump valve
17inch white alloys (not one single kurb mark)
sti rear lights
front splitter
mini induction air scoop (although no performance air filter haha)
sti4 spoiler(mid level)
cream and green leather interior (inc door cards etc)-drivers seat had obvious wear, but no rips.
sti8 scoop being sprayed at the mo(not to everyones taste i know)
flamer kit(never fitted)
still have catted downpipe spare
spare set of 17inch wrx wheels
original rear lights spare
scoobyworld mudflaps

please see pics:

I would say get a few quotes and see how much it will cost to fix. The radiator and the rocker gaskets aren't to expensive to do. If you can afford it then keep the car as it looks nice.
