What have you upgraded to, Gavin? Dobly EX? THX? Just curious as I'm looking to buy some home cinema equipment myself.

I've changed to a Marantz SR5200:

Prologic 2, DTS ES, Dolby Digital EX

Review

Only wired it up last night so it is still running in but sounds very good so far...

Used as a preamp for a couple of Rotel power amps and a Rel sub.

Thanks

Gavin

Ooh! I've got one o' those - the Sony amp, not the Marantz thing. Brilliant for movies (particularly with my Mission M74s), or just watching TV through if you get bored of standard TV speakers as I do sometimes. I won't mention how much I got mine for a year before you got yours.
