i have a couple of items to sell, the new brakes are fitted so i dont need these
a set of new tyres never fitted, toyo proxes t1r. ...sold...
a set of wrx anthasite wheels, with toyo proxes t1r's, plenty of grip left
size, 215/40/17 £250

i live in notts, but can meet up at least half way as this will save on the postage.

well i have to go down in the morning with prof of the papers i have + they can confirm over the phone.

Someone, somewher has screwed up. Whether it be the PNC, the DVLA or your insurance company someone hasn't entered your details on the system. You have done everything in your power to abide by the law, so I'd find out who screwed up and make them pay.
If the coppers don't help (and TBH I don't expect they'll be that interested) go to the Citizens Advice Bureau, or google it![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
I did a quick search on yahoo and there's a few stories of cars being impounded because of DVLA or insurance company errors and in every case the 'victim' was reimbursed
