Default Excellent my02 WRX. CHEAP THIS WEEKEND!!!

my02 wrx. ~79k miles
european import but UK Spec car
cat 1 toad alarm with certificates/documentation
tracker fitted
Hayward & Scott full stainless steel de-cat exhaust
Original exhaust to be included/sold with car
Blitz atmospheric dump-valve fitted
Full service history. Always serviced by Subaru specialists: Xtreme Scoobies and AS-Performance
Green cotton air-filter.
Fully synthetic oil (silkolene or millers) always used.
Uprated spark plugs.
All car/engine fluids changed at recommended intervals as per subaru documentation.
Cambelt drive shaft changed at 45k service.
AirCon belt, alternator belts, wheel alignment and camber all done in Jan 2008
Recently changed front discs: Godspeed grooved discs
Front brake pads: Pagid RS42-1 (black) brake pads
Recent rear disc change (standard subaru)
Rear brake pads recently changed: Ferodo DS2500.
Recently changed tyres all round to Toyo T1R's
Morette body-coloured headlight conversion.
JVC mp3 headunit (9101; award winner). 12-disc mp3 cd changer. DAB. Ground Zero front and rear speakers with external crossovers -sound great; great treble and good mid-range. Dynamat sound insulation/deadening lined boot and doors. Professional install and boot build ( www.bassmechanix.com ): Back-lit floating amp install. I'm going to keep the amp and sub but am happy to get hold of replacements for you unless you want to do this yourself?? remainder of install will remain.
Bluetooth Parrot handsfree kit hard-wired into the car.
Car has only ever been run on Optimax/V-power. During the Optimax shortage octane booster was used!!
Car always warmed-up (engine and brakes) before any brisk drives and always allowed to cool (even if it means I'll be late for work!)
No track/rally days
Fully detailed interior and exterior with wheel re-colour. All work done by AutoFinesse (www.autofinesse.co.uk). Some colour flaking from the tyre change which autofinesse said they would review/remedy.
The car is in need of a new gearbox; slipping on full lock (currently) if its been driven constantly for 2hours. May get 6months out of the gearbox.

Need to shift it this weekend/early next week because I have my eye on another car thats better suited to my family situation at the moment.
I wanted £5k+ originally but have been offered £4000 as a partexchange so clearly its worth more even with the gearbox on its way out! So, if anybody on scoobynet wants it for £4000 its theirs!!! I'd much rather it went to a good home and that way we both do well out of it, the middle man doesnt get to mark up the price! I still get £4k (even though its an amazing car for that price!) and you get a bargain!

At £4000 its an extremely well cared for bargain!

for pics:
Subaru : CHEAP WRX!! QUICK SALE NEEDED!

Based in Uxbridge.
Can send more pics if required.
Need to shift it in about 3 days or it gets partexchanged.

Sorry mate, doesn't make sense for me to come down to 3k if I can get 4k as a partexchange. I don't mind a little bit of movement but that's a bit far off the mark.
Can you get to 4k?
Thanks for looking and posting though!

Thanks for the comments and the bump peoples!

Appreciated!

Don't see why the middle man should make money on it if someone can give it a good home on scoobynet!
