Default Massive TMIC..

I have a massive top mounted inter-cooler, i'm replacing for something a little tastier..

currently on my 06 WRX which is pulling 340hp with supporting mods but will fit 01 to 07 wrx or sti




pics are of the intercooler but not my car

Based at Nottingham but travel to suffolk and dartford regular

Hi.

Does the fit onto the standard bracketry & pipework ? If not are all the bits provided to make it fit ??

V Interested if so

I live Nr Leek Staffs, So not a million miles away, Would you be willing to meet Half way Etc .

the y pipe and elbow would be needed i got mine from for £25, i can meet you half way,

I did have to push the IC brackets down to fit because the Bonnet wont shut.. told you it is big!

what i could do is do a straight swap of the my backets for your's?

i could do a deal for the y pipe too i guess?

On reflection i had better spend my money elsewhere 1st Like on a timing belt Kit.

it was bought from Scooby Clinic this year about Feb time and is still on the car at the moment.

I have been given an STI top mount and although Scooby Clinic said there as good as an STI Top mount i thought id give that one a try, nothing more than that really.

back to the top, i need this gone now...

i also have a TD04 which was replaced with a TD05.

no issues or problems at all, just went bigger

only asking cos i was prepared to try and make it fit lol

if it was just a bracket issue then wouldnt have been a problem but if its actually size then it would obviously be a problem. but i wouldnt have known without askin

it's provisionally sold now anyway.. But if it's any consolation I don't think it would fit the space even with the brackets bent on a classic
