Peugeot 306 Cabriolet - Project
Hi all
I brought myself a summer project, but due to time, and a young family, i.e. son is 6 months old, I just havent got time and have lost interest.
The car is a 97, R plate metalic red 306 cabriolet, tan leather interior, electric hood, alloys, a/c, 103K. The car had a front end shunt, where the previous owner hit the car infront, breaking both head lights, gill, bending the bonnet, bending the radiator. My plan was to strip back the damage, replace the slam panel, bonnect, lights and rad ( cheap parts on ebay / peugoet forums ) and use it as a summer runner around.
It starts, drives, so engine is ok, clutch, gearbox, so no worries there. Its a good little car, and when those bits done, it will fly throw its MOT ( MOT and tax ran out May / June ). Locking wheel nuts, spare wheel is perfect, and has a new tyre.
Its also HPI clear, not a CAT d or C, so you could fix it up and sell it, had 3 owners. I suppose you could break it and make more with the parts, but its too good to break. Ive cleaned it up, and fixed a few of the problems already.
